Egypt Terms & Conditions

We do our absolute best to make this the trip of a lifetime and we always want to make sure we are all on the same page. So this says by making your deposit with us you understand and agree: The trip will book on a first come-first served basis.

The first people to make their deposits will be going on the trip.

Tour Price (per person)

$6,000 (Double Occupancy – meaning two people in each room in the hotels and on the Nile private dahabeya, twin-bed rooms).

Additional Optional Costs*

Single Supplement – $1500 (your own private room in the hotels and on the Nile Private Dahabeya)

Deposit and Balance Due

A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 per person reserves your place on the tour, whether you are paying by Zele, paypal or credit card. The balance of the tour price including any additional optional costs is due 1 month before the tour. Quantum World, LLC., as the business agent of Glee Tours, will provide through Glee Tours,  all transportation expenses within Egypt, lodging, excursions, entrance fees, the services of expert professional guides, Dharma Holistika guide for ceremonies and meditations, and meals (not including beverages) as noted on the Itinerary. *Fees are based on double-occupancy in twin-bed rooms. We will make every effort to accommodate your roommate requests, however, these requests cannot be guaranteed. If you prefer private room accommodations, there is a Single Supplement fee of $1500 which will provide you with your own private room in the hotels and on our Nile Private Dahabeya.

Items Not Included

Transportation from your home to the starting point of the tour and return, airport taxes, passports, visas, excess baggage charges, laundry or dry cleaning, telephone calls, telexes, faxes, cables, wines, liquors, beer, water, soft drinks, coffee and/or tea, meals not stated in the itinerary, room service, items of a personal nature, additional transportation expenses caused by your not being present at SSH airport to join our group on November 1, 2026, gratuities for Egyptian egyptologists, guides, boat staff, guards, drivers, photos fees, and insurance.

Trip Cancellation, Medical and Evacuation Insurance

Medical coverage and evacuation insurance is mandatory. Trip Cancellation insurance is mandatory.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your retreat, you must notify us by email at gina@dharmaholistika.com. Dharma Holistika employs a strict NO REFUND POLICY. Once payment is made, all fees are non-refundable due to immediate costs incurred. Refunds may be granted at our discretion only if there is sufficient time before the retreat, minus administrative, advertising, and booking fees.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received once the retreat has started, or for any portion of the retreat unattended. If a participant decides to leave the retreat early, there will be no refund, and a declaration will be required confirming the decision to leave.

Cancellation or Changes by Dharma Holistika:

If we must cancel or change the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, illness, civil unrest, death, closure, or other causes), participants may transfer their deposit to a future retreat within 12 months. Dharma Holistika is not liable for refunds or reimbursement beyond the deposit transfer. Participants should use travel insurance for reimbursement of additional expenses.

Price Based on 10 Participants

Prices are based on a minimum of 10 participants; in the event there are less than 10 participants on the tour, the tour will be cancelled and all monies paid by Traveler to Quantum World will be available as a credit voucher for any of our retreats or tours.

Assumption of Risk

Traveler understands that participation in any and all activities on the Tour shall be Traveler’s own decision and Traveler assumes any and all risks associated thereto.

Responsibilities

Quantum World, llc. acts only as a business agent through Glee Tours for the suppliers and contractors providing air or other transportation, hotels, and sightseeing activities and neither Quantum World nor Travel Code assumes any responsibility, however caused, for your personal injury or personal property loss or damage in connection with any service. For any circumstances arising as a result of military, terrorist, political action, weather, acts of God, pandemic, criminal or negligent acts of others, criminal or negligent acts of Traveler, or any other circumstances over which Quantum World or Glee Tours has no control, neither Quantum World nor Travel Code shall be liable to you. Quantum World and Glee Tours reserves the right to alter, change or omit any part of the itinerary, reservation, conveyance or routing at any time without notice, where necessary or deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of the group.

Written Release and Agreement:

All of these Terms and Conditions are included in a Release and Agreement to be signed by each participant and each participant shall also sign a Medical Release which states that you are physically able to complete this physically demanding trip (we recommend you consult with your physician). Failure or refusal to sign said Release and Agreement and Medical Release will be grounds for cancellation of your reservation; monies paid to date will not be refunded.

ModiFications

In the future, it may be necessary for Quantum World to make modifications of the above “Terms and Conditions” and in that event Quantum World will forward a copy of such modifications to persons who have paid a deposit for the trip by email. The “Terms and Conditions” in effect on the date that travel begins on November 1, 2026 will be binding on all participants.
