A WOMEN’S RETREAT FOR RENEWAL, RESTORATION & NEW BEGINNINGS

THIS IS YOUR SEASON OF RENEWAL

There are moments when life asks us to pause.

Not because we have stopped moving forward, but because we need the space to reconnect with where we are going.

Set deep within the lush Mayan jungle of Tulum, The Art of Renewal is an intimate Spring Equinox retreat created for women who are ready to step away from the pace of everyday life and give themselves room to breathe, restore, reconnect, and make space for what comes next.

For five days, our private jungle retreat becomes your home.

There are no packed sightseeing schedules, long excursions, or rushing from one destination to another. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to settle into one beautiful place and experience the retreat at a slower, more intentional pace.

Your days will weave together movement, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, nourishing vegetarian meals, ceremony, connection, rest, and moments of pure enjoyment.

You’ll experience a traditional Temazcal, guided ice bath, cacao and sound ceremony, fire circle, daily movement and meditation, and more.

And because we gather during the Spring Equinox, renewal is at the heart of the experience.

A time to release what no longer belongs.

A time to restore what has been depleted.

A time to reconnect with what matters.

A time to make space for what comes next.

You don't have to arrive knowing exactly what you need.

You simply have to give yourself permission to pause.

THE EXPERIENCE

WHERE TRAVEL MEETS TRANSFORMATION

At Dharma Retreats, we believe travel can be more than a beautiful escape.

The right destination, the right people, and the right space can create room to see your life differently — to reconnect with yourself, discover something new, and return home with a fresh perspective.

The Art of Renewal brings that philosophy into an intimate five-day experience in Tulum.

Rather than filling your days with excursions and constant movement, we stay at the retreat property throughout the experience. This gives you the freedom to settle into the jungle, disconnect from your usual routine, and experience the rhythm of retreat life.

You don't have to go farther to go deeper.

Each day has its own flow, combining guided experiences with generous periods of personal time.

You may begin your morning with movement and meditation, enjoy a nourishing breakfast, and then choose how you spend the space in between — reading, swimming, resting, journaling, connecting with other guests, or simply being.

THE JOURNEY

Experience guided wellness practices, nourishing meals, personal time, and a sunset Cacao ceremony designed to create space for release and renewal of the heart.

DAY THREE — RECONNECT

A day of movement, breathwork, ice-bath, sound, connection, and exploration of the senses, with generous time to rest and enjoy the sanctuary.

DAY FIVE — INTEGRATE & RETURN

Close the retreat with movement, reflection, connection, and space to integrate the experience before beginning your journey home.

The itinerary is thoughtfully planned but may be adjusted slightly according to the group, venue, weather, or operational considerations.
