Follow the golden path
There are journeys that take you somewhere new.
And then there are journeys that invite you to see yourself, your life, and what comes next from a different perspective.
Set among the mountains, ancient landscapes, and timeless traditions of Peru’s Sacred Valley, The Golden Path Retreat is a seven-day journey created for women ready to step away from everyday life, reconnect with themselves, and experience Peru through a deeper lens.
Together, we’ll explore some of the most extraordinary places in the Sacred Valley and beyond, while weaving in movement, meditation, breathwork, sound, ancestral ceremonies, fire, reflection, and spacious time to simply be.
We’ll travel to Machu Picchu for the Summer Solstice, walk through the ancient landscapes of Pisac, Moray, and Ollantaytambo, connect with the traditions of the Andes, and return each day to our retreat environment to rest and integrate.
This is a carefully paced journey where wellness and exploration move together.
Some days take you into the mountains. Some invite you to slow down and go inward. And throughout the journey, there is space to experience Peru rather than simply pass through it.
A time to explore.
A time to reconnect.
A time to honor what has been.
And a time to step toward what comes next.

The experience
At Dharma Retreats, we believe travel can be more than seeing beautiful places.
The right destination, the right people, and the right experiences can create space to see your life differently — to reconnect with yourself, discover something new, and return home with a fresh perspective.
The Golden Path Retreat brings that philosophy to Peru through a beautiful balance of wellness, exploration, ancestral connection, and personal time.
Our home base in the Sacred Valley gives us a place to return to between adventures, while the journey itself takes us into some of Peru’s most extraordinary landscapes and ancient sites.
Rather than filling every day from morning until night, we intentionally leave room to breathe.
You may begin your morning with movement and meditation, explore an ancient site, share a beautiful meal surrounded by nature, and still have time to rest, journal, connect, or simply take in the mountains.
The result is a journey that feels rich without feeling rushed.

“Gina thinks of everything, and you can feel the love behind every detail.”

This retreat is for the woman who…
No previous experience with yoga, meditation, breathwork, or wellness practices is required.
This is not simply a sightseeing trip.
It is an invitation to experience Peru, reconnect with yourself, explore ancient places, meet extraordinary women, and create space for your next chapter.

Your host
Gina Tinajero is the Founder of Dharma Retreats, a retreat creator, holistic wellness practitioner, and luxury travel advisor who brings together transformational experiences, meaningful travel, and community for women around the world.
A lifelong traveler and passionate creator of immersive experiences, Gina draws from her work in meditation, breathwork, sound healing, energy healing, EFT tapping, guided visualization, and ceremonial practices to create retreats that invite women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the world in a deeper way.
Her approach blends wellness, exploration, ancient traditions, beautiful destinations, and genuine connection — creating journeys that feel intentional without feeling overly structured, and transformative without losing the joy of travel.
For The Golden Path Retreat, Gina will personally guide the journey through Peru, weaving together the ancient landscapes and traditions of the Sacred Valley with wellness practices, Summer Solstice rituals, reflection, adventure, and time to simply experience the magic of the Andes.
