Where Travel Meets Transformation

The Experience

At Dharma Retreats, we believe travel can be more than a beautiful escape.

The right destination, the right people, and the right space can create room to see your life differently — to reconnect with yourself, discover something new, and return home with a fresh perspective.

The Art of Renewal brings that philosophy into an intimate five-day experience in Tulum.

Rather than filling your days with excursions and constant movement, we stay at the retreat property throughout the experience. This gives you the freedom to settle into the jungle, disconnect from your usual routine, and experience the rhythm of retreat life.

You don't have to go farther to go deeper.

Each day has its own flow, combining guided experiences with generous periods of personal time.

You may begin your morning with movement and meditation, enjoy a nourishing breakfast, and then choose how you spend the space in between — reading, swimming, resting, journaling, connecting with other guests, or simply being.

“Be the change that you wish to see in the world.”

— Mahatma Gandhi

Your Invitation

What to Expect

There are moments when life asks us to pause.

Not because we have stopped moving forward, but because we need the space to reconnect with where we are going.

Set deep within the lush Mayan jungle of Tulum, The Art of Renewal is an intimate Spring Equinox retreat created for women who are ready to step away from the pace of everyday life and give themselves room to breathe, restore, reconnect, and make space for what comes next.

For five days, our private jungle retreat becomes your home.

There are no packed sightseeing schedules, long excursions, or rushing from one destination to another. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to settle into one beautiful place and experience the retreat at a slower, more intentional pace.

Your days will weave together movement, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, nourishing vegetarian meals, ceremony, connection, rest, and moments of pure enjoyment.

You’ll experience a traditional Temazcal, guided ice bath, cacao and sound ceremony, fire circle, daily movement and meditation, and more.

And because we gather during the Spring Equinox, renewal is at the heart of the experience.

A time to release what no longer belongs.

A time to restore what has been depleted.

A time to reconnect with what matters.

A time to make space for what comes next.

You don't have to arrive knowing exactly what you need.

You simply have to give yourself permission to pause.

F A Q

You’re in the right place. Here are some of the questions women most often have before joining a Dharma Retreat.

The retreat is designed for an intimate group of approximately 12–16 women, creating space for both meaningful connection and personal time.

You’re not alone in feeling that way. Many women join our retreats solo, and it’s one of the beautiful things about the experience. You’ll arrive as an individual and leave having shared meaningful experiences, laughter, and connection with a group of like-hearted women.

Our retreats welcome women of different ages and backgrounds. What matters most is that you’re drawn to the experience and the kind of journey we’re creating.

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review the full retreat terms before booking.

Group airport transfer from Cancun International Airport departs at approximately 1:00 PM on March 18. The retreat concludes on March 22, with the group departure from the property around 1:00 PM. We recommend booking return flights for 5:00 PM or later.

This retreat is designed around wellness, connection, and presence. We ask guests to respect the retreat environment and the experience we are creating together. Alcohol is not part of the retreat program.
